Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mohammad Abu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chue San (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from San.
Abu throws a hook but San blocks it.
San throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Abu tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but San was well out of range. Poor timing from Abu.
San looks to land a right hand but Abu moved out of range.
Abu shoots in for a takedown but San shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
San throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Abu dives in and grabs San's left leg, looking for a takedown. San pushes down on Abu's head and hops out.
Abu fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but San avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mohammad Abu. That's going to take a lot out of him.
San throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Abu tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

San tries a head kick but it misses.
San scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
San fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Abu looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
San works over Abu's head and body with a nice combination.
Abu blocks a head kick by San.

San connects with a body shot.
San lands with a slapping head kick.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Abu takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

San is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Abu rather than just go for the knockout.

San throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Abu stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Nice straight punches there by San. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of San.

San lands a nice hook to Abu's body. Abu takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
The fight stays on the outside here - Abu looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
San lands a slapping body shot.
San throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
San punishes Abu's body with a nice straight punch.
Chue San is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
San misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Abu tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but San paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Abu shoots in for a takedown but San shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
San slips a jab and a cross from Abu.

San lands with a kick to the temple. Abu shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Abu is rocked!
Abu walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Oh Abu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
San drops Abu with a big left hand! Abu is injured, injured bad! San jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
