Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fiyero Lermontov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson comes to the cage accompanied by Miss Me Blind - Culture Club. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lermontov throws a good cross that connects.
Lermontov misses with a low kick.

Johnson tries a head kick but it misses.
Lermontov throws an overhand right that lands on Johnson's shoulder, as Johnson tries to avoid the shot.
Lermontov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Johnson.

Johnson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lermontov.
Johnson misses with a low kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johnson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lermontov.

Lermontov shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Lermontov showed some decent athleticism there.
