Black comes to the cage accompanied by The Pixies - Hey. Akimbo Jabbar has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Frank Black's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Frank Black seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Black tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jabbar swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Black keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Black throws a head kick but Jabbar moves out of range.

Black gets caught flat footed, as Jabbar shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Jabbar is pushing down on Black's leg trying to pass to half guard. Black is fighting to maintain full guard but Jabbar has managed to sneak the leg through.

Jabbar is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Black sees it coming and defends easily.
Jabbar seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Black does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
