The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salmon lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Salmon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Salmon drops Daze with a beautiful combination! Daze stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Salmon is looking for the KO!
Daze is rocked!
It looks like Alex Daze has been cut.

Daze drops his hands momentarily. Salmon doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Daze staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Daze doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
