The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Po looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Maguire shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Po's guard.
Po wants to stand and escape but Maguire is having none of it.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Maguire stands and throws Po's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Po is being controlled here.
Maguire works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Po is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Maguire advances nicely into full mount.
Maguire won't let Po get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Po is squirming around, avoiding Maguire's attempts to control the action.

Maguire is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Po with him. Po is trying to defend but Maguire has an arm under the chin now! Po grimaces and is forced to tap out!
