The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zulu goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Zampietre rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Zulu's guard! Nice work there by Zampietre!

Zulu has his foot on Zampietre's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Zampietre works his way back into a safe position though.
Zulu bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Zampietre's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Zulu drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Zampietre dives on top into guard.

Zulu manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Zampietre dances in with a quick combination. Zulu is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Zampietre snaps Zulu's head back. Zulu stumbles backwards against the cage. Zampietre steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Zulu's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Zulu just didn't come prepared.
