Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daigon kins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fernando Fernandes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). kins comes to the cage accompanied by Pain - Same old Song. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Fernando Fernandes was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Daniel Cesar and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernandes thuds a left hand into kins's body.

kins closes the distance and clinches.

kins has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Fernandes regains guard immediately.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
kins throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Fernandes works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
kins pushing down on Fernandes's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
kins working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Fernandes is in trouble now - kins has advanced to mount!
Fernandes throwing hammer fists to the chest of kins. What's that going to do exactly?
Fernandes is bucking up trying to escape but kins cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

It looks like Fernando Fernandes has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A nice elbow there by kins.
kins is landing with some decent strikes but Fernandes is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

That has opened up Fernando Fernandes's cut even more.
kins pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
kins has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Fernandes's face.

The cut above Fernando Fernandes's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Fernando Fernandes's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
