Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jebidiah Dark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Spangle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dark's entrance music is The Stranger. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spangle throws a head kick that misses.
Dark lands a body shot.
Dark paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Spangle doesn't manage to clinch there - Dark circles away.
Spangle walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

It looks like Kurt Spangle has been cut.
Dark lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dark fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Spangle on the side of the head.
Dark digs a good hook to Spangle's body.

Dark gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Spangle to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Spangle trying to control the position from guard on top but Dark is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Spangle is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Dark has managed to free his arm - good work.

Spangle is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Spangle is trying to control the action in half guard but Dark is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Spangle moves nicely into side control.
Spangle fails to land a wild elbow strike.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Dark is looking to reverse the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Spangle tries to land a front kick but Dark steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Nice cross by Dark.
Dark lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
The fighters circle momentarily. Dark darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Spangle walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

That has opened up Kurt Spangle's cut even more.
Jebidiah Dark is winning the standup battle so far.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dark scores with a jab. Spangle acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Spangle fails with a takedown attempt.
Dark thuds a left hand into Spangle's body.
Dark works over Spangle's head and body with a nice combination.
Spangle tries for a takedown but Dark sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Kurt Spangle is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Spangle is rocked!
Dark lands with a nice body punch.
Dark scores with the left hand. Spangle knows he should have avoided that one.

Dark drops Spangle with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Spangle looks back up at him and smiles so Dark waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Spangle is still on wobbly legs! Can Dark finish him?

The cut above Kurt Spangle's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Spangle takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Spangle is breathing heavily.
Spangle takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Dark sends Spangle crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Dark is motioning to the referee to let Spangle up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Dark grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Spangle takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Dark cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
