Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rafa Roca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Flash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joey Flash is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Albert Achterberg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Flash closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Flash lands in his opponent's guard.
Roca keeping moving, preventing Flash from controlling successfully.
Roca controls Flash momentarily but Flash frees himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Roca working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Flash.
Flash preventing the sweep.
Roca is trying to keep Flash in close.
Flash has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Flash avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Roca is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Flash changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Roca tries to avoid it but Flash manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Roca to the ground. Roca escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Flash counters with a nice double leg into side control. Roca won't be happy with that.

Flash in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Roca is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
