The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dobren misses with a series of wild punches.
Cerentus moves in looking to clinch but Dobren pushes him off.
Dobren throws a sloppy head kick and Cerentus moves out of range easily.

Dobren fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Cerentus sprawls well initially but Dobren persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Cerentus is trying to escape back to his feet but Dobren uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Cerentus tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
Dobren mounts Cerentus! Really nice guard pass there!

Dobren is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Cerentus is surviving well by controlling Dobren's body position as best he can.

Dobren is going olschool here, as he tries to force Cerentus to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Cerentus shrugs it off.
Dobren won't let Cerentus get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Cerentus has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.
Cerentus controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.

Dobren has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Cerentus! Can he survive? No! He's out! Dobren gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
