Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vasco Sousa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohammedd Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones misses with a series of wild punches.
A jab from Jones finds it's way through Sousa's defenses.
Jones throws a shot from downtown. Sousa moves away and avoids it.
Sousa ducks under a wild hook from Jones.
Jones scores with a jab. Sousa acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Sousa moves into the clinch.
Sousa using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Jones has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Jones tries to pull guard but Sousa holds him up against the cage and eventually Jones drops back down to his feet.

Jones manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sousa postures up in Jones's guard and throws a big left but Jones blocks it.

Jones is looking to sinch up a triangle. Sousa throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Jones's body to avoid the submission. Jones has instead reached around Sousa's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Jones arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
