Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gold scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Both fighters circling a little - Gold finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Gold lands with a cross.
Gold throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gold tests Pekka's chin there with a solid looking shot.

A slapping leg kick lands for Gold.
Pekka takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Pekka walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Gold fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Pekka on the side of the head.

Gold goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Gold lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Pekka at a distance.
Pekka is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

The fighters circle momentarily. Gold darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Gold throws a front kick that sends Pekka stumbling back into the cage.

Pekka moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Pekka has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Pekka takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

A lazy left from Gold finds it's target.
Gold is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Pekka's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Pekka gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Gold.

Gold lands a left and a right that send Pekka crashing to the mat, dazed. Gold thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Gold cracks Pekka with a right hand to the side of the head.
Pekka looks up at the clock. Bad move! Gold lands a right hand from hell, dropping Pekka. Gold pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
