Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikael Bjornfot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mickey Felipe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Felipe has chosen Ain't That A Kick In The Head as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Mikael Bjornfot has been cut.
Bjornfot just misses with a punch to the body.
Bjornfot throws a head kick but Felipe moves out of range.
Felipe throws a hook to the side of Bjornfot's head but Bjornfot sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bjornfot looks to score with a jab to the body but Felipe is just out of range.

Bjornfot changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Felipe looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Bjornfot tries to advance to mount but can't.
Felipe is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Bjornfot is controlling him well.

Bjornfot is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Felipe knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Bjornfot is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Felipe is surviving well by controlling Bjornfot's body position as best he can.
Felipe is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

You get the feeling that Felipe really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Bjornfot sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Felipe tries to hold on but Bjornfot pushes him away.
Bjornfot cracks Felipe with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Felipe keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Felipe's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Felipe duly obliges.
Felipe tests Bjornfot's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Felipe wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Felipe looks up at the clock and then as Bjornfot takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Felipe smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
