The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Remariez shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kimura sprawls well. Kimura wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Remariez gets slowly back to his feet.
Kimura looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Remariez dives in and grabs Kimura's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kimura pushes down on Remariez's head and hops out.

Kimura rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Remariez moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
