Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Elroy Diamond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diamond comes to the cage accompanied by "Cowbell's Makin' A Comeback" by Memphis May Fire. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogers fails in his attempt to clinch.

Rogers has Diamond up against the cage in a clinch.
Rogers putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Diamond in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Rogers keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Diamond's efforts to push away.

Diamond's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Elroy Diamond seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Diamond throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rogers.
Rogers tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Rogers takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

It looks like Eric Rogers has been cut.
Rogers tries to bum rush Diamond with a series of wild strikes but Diamond uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Diamond looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Rogers pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Rogers is looking to clinch but Diamond is avoiding it.
Rogers takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Diamond swinging wilding here.
Diamond will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Diamond misses with a jab, cross combination.
Diamond tests Rogers's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Diamond connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Rogers tumbling to the canvas! Diamond pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Rogers was done - good stoppage!
