Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between PeeWee Herman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Cypher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Cypher's choice of entrance music: Dragonland - Contact. PeeWee Herman could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Richard Cypher's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cypher misses with a kick to the body.

Cypher closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Herman works his way to full guard. Good work.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Herman bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cypher's guard.
Herman wants to control from the top but Cypher keeps moving.

Cypher is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Herman is controlling him.

Herman is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Cypher really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Herman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

and Cypher counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Herman is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Herman sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Richard Cypher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Herman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Cypher is desperately trying to improve his position but Herman has a good base and remains in mount.
Herman wants to take his opponent's back but Cypher doesn't allow it.
Cypher is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Cypher stops Herman from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.

Cypher is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Cypher is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Herman has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Cypher has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Herman has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Cypher! Can he survive? No! He's out! Herman gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
