The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freeman drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Emilianko throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Emilianko throws a right hand that Freeman ducks under and follows up with a left that Freeman also avoids with ease.
Emilianko throws a nice looking combination but Freeman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Emilianko fails to land with a series of punches.

Emilianko misses with a looping right.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Emilianko, as that shot connected.
It looks like Gordon Freeman has been cut.
Freeman avoids a punch combination nicely.
Emilianko throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Emilianko throws a hook to the side of Freeman's head but Freeman sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Freeman moves out of range as Emilianko strikes.
Emilianko cracks Freeman with a good jab.
Emilianko misses with a jab, cross combination.
Emilianko lands a big head kick that sends Freeman tumbling to the mat! Emilianko takes a step backwards and waves Freeman back to his feet - he wants the finish!

This has been an exciting period of action!

That has opened up Gordon Freeman's cut even more.
Emilianko throws a series of punches but Freeman avoids them all with ease.
Horrible takedown by Freeman or perhaps it was just good defense by Emilianko which made him look bad.
Emilianko scores with the left hand. Freeman knows he should have avoided that one.

Emilianko swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Emilianko throws the kick towards the body but Freeman avoids it.
Emilianko will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Freeman fails to land the takedown.
Emilianko thows a left - swing and a miss!
Freeman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Emilianko sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Freeman somewhat.
Fedor Jr Emilianko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gordon Freeman.
Emilianko swings for the body but Freeman moves out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Emilianko thows a body shot but no joy.
Emilianko scores with a decent looking hook.
The cut above Gordon Freeman's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Freeman bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Freeman on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Freeman shoots in and drives through. Emilianko sprawls well.

Freeman steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Emilianko.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Emilianko throws a right hand that Freeman ducks under and follows up with a left that Freeman also avoids with ease.
Emilianko scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fedor Jr Emilianko dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Gordon Freeman's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Freeman with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Emilianko to score with a decent uppercut.

Gordon Freeman's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Freeman takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
