The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lorenzo thows a body shot but no joy.
Lorenzo swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
McSofterson fails with an attempt to clinch.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from McSofterson.
McSofterson misses with the combination.
Lorenzo ducks right into an uppercut from McSofterson.
Lorenzo moves away from the strike by McSofterson.
Lorenzo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from McSofterson.
A swing and a miss from Lorenzo.
Lorenzo scores with a jab.
Lorenzo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from McSofterson.
McSofterson tries to clinch up but Lorenzo circles away and keeps his distance.
A looping hook to the body misses from Lorenzo. McSofterson does a little dance to reset his feet.
McSofterson lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

It looks like Roger Lorenzo has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lorenzo throws a jab when McSofterson was well out of range.
McSofterson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Lorenzo on the side of the head.

Lorenzo lands a left and a right that send McSofterson crashing to the mat, dazed. Lorenzo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts McSofterson, as that shot connected.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McSofterson throws a right hand that Lorenzo ducks under and follows up with a left that Lorenzo also avoids with ease.
McSofterson displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
