The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Love shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hussein as he jumps to the side.
Love throws a hook to the side of Hussein's head but Hussein sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A head kick misses from Love.
Love gets a clinch.
Hussein blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Love tries to circle away but Hussein has him pinned against the cage.
Love drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hussein gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Hussein is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Love can't fight it off and eventually Hussein manages to take the fight to the floor. Love looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Love looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hussein is one step ahead there.
Hussein controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Hussein in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Hussein postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Love is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hussein, into his guard.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Love's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Love is pushing down on Hussein's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hussein is fighting to maintain full guard but Love has managed to sneak the leg through.

Hussein is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Love pulls his head out easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hussein is staying active underneath Love, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Hussein shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Love sprawls well. Love wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hussein gets slowly back to his feet.
Horrible takedown by Hussein or perhaps it was just good defense by Love which made him look bad.

and Hussein counters with a nice double leg into side control. Love won't be happy with that.

Hussein wants to control but Love is keeping him busy.

Love is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Love is pulling down on Hussein's head. It's preventing any offense from Hussein, at least for the moment.
Love can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Hussein controls the pace.
Hussein drops back, looking for a kneebar! Love looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Love looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Love!
Love is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Hussein's shoulder. That is not cool.

Hussein wants to get back to his feet but Love drags him back down.

Hussein has picked Love up - he's going for a ride! Hussein dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Hussein wants to free his trapped foot but Love is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Hussein is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Love is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Love has escaped and now he's on top!

That was a close second round but I would say that Krammer Hussein will probably get the nod.
