The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murphy fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Kushiel takes one on the button.
Murphy scores with a nice right hand.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Murphy.
Murphy looks to land a combination but Kushiel avoids it well.
Murphy throws a series of punches but Kushiel moves out of range.
Kushiel walks into a jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
No luck for Kushiel with that takedown attempt.

Murphy scores a takedown into full mount!
Murphy prevents Kushiel from getting the reversal.
A nice elbow there by Murphy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Murphy cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Murphy punching from mount but Kushiel doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Murphy breaks from Kushiel's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Kushiel is rocked!
Kushiel takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Murphy's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
