Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohamad Taufik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brock Lesnar has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Taufik closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Taufik lands in his opponent's guard.
Lesnar looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Taufik seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Taufik has eaten all the pies!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Taufik feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Taufik moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Taufik will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Taufik closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Taufik is looking to take a break and control but Lesnar is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Despite being in the dominant position, Mohamad Taufik just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
