The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Breed throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Alpha sees it coming and avoids it easily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Game Breed will probably get the nod.

Breed feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Alpha pulls Breed in close to his closed guard and prevents Breed from doing any damage or advancing position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Breed wants to stand and escape but instead Alpha has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Alphais looking to pass into half guard but Breed pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Breed is in guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Breed looking to sit in guard and control but Alpha gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Alpha gets to his feet. Breed looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Breed slips under a jab from Alpha.
Alpha lands a nice hook to Breed's body. Breed takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Some bone on bone action there as Alpha checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Alpha takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Breed throws out a loose jab but Alpha uses good head movement to avoid it.
