The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schilt swats away the attempt to clinch by Louis.
Louis slips a jab and a cross from Schilt.
Louis tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Schilt paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Oh Louis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Schilt breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Louis seems to have got his legs back now.
Schilt is working the combinations to good effect here.

Louis takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Schilt looks to land a combination. Louis sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Schilt misses with a wild combination.
Schilt fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Louis looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Schilt instigates a clinch.

Schilt breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Schilt moves into range and clinches up with Louis.

Schilt lands with a kick to the ribs.
Schilt bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Schilt lands a head kick. Louis smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Schilt digs a good body shot into Louis's ribs.
Louis sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Schilt closes the distance and clinches.
Schilt lands with a left to the head.

Schilt pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Schilt lands with a nice combination. Louis backs away looking to recover.
Louis takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Louis. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Schilt shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Louis napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Schilt stands up and beckons Louis to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Schilt Rushes Louis and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Louis is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Schilt Piles on the pressure and Louis crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
