Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nico Obino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and El Guapo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Obino's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Korn - Freak On A Leash. Nico Obino could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to El Guapo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guapo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Obino circles away.
An inside leg kick lands from Obino.
Obino gets caught flat footed, as Guapo shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Guapo wants to control from the top but Obino keeps moving.
Obino scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Obino shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Obino is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Obino feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Guapo is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Guapo looking to break Obino's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Obino remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Guapo will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
Obino manages to escape to his feet.
Obino moves into range and clinches up with Guapo.

Guapo is fighting off a takedown attempt but Obino is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Guapo to the mat. Guapo regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

and Obino decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Guapo's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Obino has Guapo pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Obino pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Guapo tumbling to the mat - Obino dives into Guapo's guard.
Obino gets to his feet - Guapo follows without any prompting.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Guapo takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Well Obino has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
