Wylde comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica - Master Of Puppets . Zakk Wylde has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wylde closes the distance and clinches.
A nice left hand lands by Wylde.
Wylde changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Althea fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Wylde has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Althea is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Wylde is pressed up against the cage. Althea has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Wylde down to the mat. Wylde avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Wylde shoots for a double leg takedown but Althea sprawls well. He's pushed Wylde's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Althea shoots in and bounces Wylde off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Wylde with a lazy takedown attempt

and Althea moves into the clinch.

Wylde wants the takedown. Althea is fighting it off but Wylde persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Althea's guard against the cage.

Althea has his foot on Wylde's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Wylde works his way back into a safe position though.
Wylde is looking to work some ground and pound but Althea has wrist control.
Wylde has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Wylde got a little sloppy there for a moment and Althea has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Wylde has managed to get both his arms back between Althea's legs - danger averted.
Wylde lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Wylde is posturing up here but Althea has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Wylde tries to roll out but it's too tight and Wylde has to tap! Slick submission there by Althea!
