Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ibbe Ribbler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hale Tommasson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ribbler comes to the cage accompanied by Madball - For My Enemies. Tommasson has chosen Go to sleep as his entrance music. Hale Tommasson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hale Tommasson!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Aafke Stam and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A leg kick checked by Ribbler.
Ribbler throws a looping overhand right but Tommasson ducks down to avoid it.
Ibbe Ribbler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tommasson gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ribbler to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Ribbler drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ribbler jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Ribbler stops Tommasson from standing up.
Ribbler with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Ribbler makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Ribbler wants to control from the top but Tommasson keeps moving.

Tommasson is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Tommasson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ribbler avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tommasson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Ribbler is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Tommasson's half guard.
