Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dirk Yousif (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and JC DQ (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DQ stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and DQ wants it to stay on the feet.

DQ shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than DQ was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

DQ postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Yousif looks a forlorn figure.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Yousif fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with DQ, pushing him back against the cage.
DQ is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Dirk Yousif has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of JC DQ.

Yousif manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
