Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dick Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mek Ju (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ju tries to bum rush Brown with a series of wild strikes but Brown uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Ju clinches up with Brown and pushes him back against the ropes.

Brown works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Brown wants to pass the guard but Ju is keeping the position.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Ju tries to roll over but Brown keeps him under control.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Brown seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ju does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Dick Brown just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Ju rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Brown moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mek Ju is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Ju gets caught flat footed, as Brown shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Brown throws a big right hand that misses.

Brown drops back, looking for a kneebar! Ju looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Ju looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Ju!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Brown sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Brown is looking to control Ju's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Brown avoid being mounted?

Brown throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Ju escapes and throws Brown's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Ju is trying to work for a kimura but Brown is defending well.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Brown is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Ju pulls his head out easily.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Brown tries to get to full guard but Ju has control of the leg.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Brown slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Ju throws a nice looking combination but Brown bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Mek Ju seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Ju on the side of the head.
Brown connects with a crisp jab.
Brown's corner calls for a 1-2. Brown obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Brown throws an overhand right that lands on Ju's shoulder, as Ju tries to avoid the shot.
Ju ducks under a wild hook from Brown.
Brown loads up on a big right hand but Ju slips the punch.

Brown thows a left - swing and a miss!
Brown is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Brown looks to land a left hand but Ju moved out of range nicely.

Ju defending well as Brown loads up on a big left hand.
Ju seems to have recovered his senses.
No joy there for Ju, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Brown cracks Ju on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Ju falls backwards against the ropes. Brown follows up with more strikes that drop Ju to his knees. Brown keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Ju! This one is all over!
