Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Majin Boo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Karelin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boo's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I Fucking Hate You by Godsmack. Karelin comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Krynitza - Motherland kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karelin takes a swing at Boo's ribcage but misses.
Karelin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Boo was well out of range. Poor timing from Karelin.
A slow jab from Boo misses its intended target.
Karelin scores a takedown into full mount!
Karelin is in the full mount, landing strikes.

Boo wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Karelin.
Boo tries to lock up and control but Karelin gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Karelin unloads with some shots from mount but Boo bucks and avoids them well.
Karelin can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Boo is looking to escape.

Karelin has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Karelin throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Boo because Karelin loaded up on that one.
Karelin prevents Boo from getting the reversal.
Karelin has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Boo's face.

Boo sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Karelin winds up and cracks Boo with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Boo is not content to let Karelin control the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round.

Karelin is keen to just control but Boo is a slippery customer.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Karelin cracks a nice hook into Boo's ribs.
Karelin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Boo manages to avoid it.
Karelin shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Karelin is just content to waste time from the top position. Boo takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.

Karelin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Boo is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Karelin throws a strike but Boo rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alex Karelin dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Boo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Boo closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Alex Karelin has been cut.
Karelin moves out of range of the strikes.
Karelin misses with a body punch
and Boo counters with a crisp one two that drops Karelin! Boo thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Karelin to his feet! Karelin is in big trouble!
Karelin is rocked!
Karelin is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Boo rather than just go for the knockout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Boo lands a brutal uppercut that launches Karelin off his feet! Karelin tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Majin Boo!
