The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Downtime takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Pudzianowski tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Pudzianowski dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Downtime bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Downtime goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Pudzianowski has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Downtime but great work by Pudzianowski.

Pudzianowski stalks Downtime and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Downtime's face. Downtime staggers backwards, shaken.

Pudzianowski utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Downtime drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Pudzianowski manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Downtime has Pudzianowski in his guard.

Downtime has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Pudzianowski avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Downtime has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Pudzianowski is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Pudzianowski is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
