Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Igor Makalenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Chigurh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chigurh has chosen Human Target as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Igor Makalenko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anton Chigurh!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makalenko tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Chigurh with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Chigurh scores with a jab to the body.
Makalenko thows a left - swing and a miss!
Makalenko throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Chigurh displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
It looks like Igor Makalenko has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Chigurh has managed to clinch.
Chigurh pushes Makalenko back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Makalenko is breathing heavily.
Makalenko tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Chigurh smiles and moves away.
Chigurh lands a big head kick that sends Makalenko tumbling to the mat! Chigurh takes a step backwards and waves Makalenko back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Chigurh fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Makalenko.
Chigurh lands a nice leg kick that just misses Makalenko's sensitive parts.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Makalenko crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Chigurh - the referee stops the clock and Makalenko gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Chigurh. Makalenko manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
A slapping leg kick lands for Chigurh.
A head kick by Chigurh - that's a beauty! Makalenko is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Chigurh can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Anton Chigurh!
