The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chambers uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Brock.
Brock keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Brock lands a nice shot that snaps Chambers's head back.
Brock tries to bum rush Chambers with a series of wild strikes but Chambers uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Brock shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Chambers pinned against the cage. Chambers gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Brock scores with a sloppy right hand. Chambers should have avoided that one.

Chambers feints and as Brock raises his hands in defense, Chambers changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Chambers drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Chambers jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Chambers is working Brock over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Brock has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Chambers's face.

That was a close round but I would say that James Brock will probably get the nod.

Brock has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Chambers drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Chambers as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Brock screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Chambers! Nice submission victory there!
