PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seyren Windsor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Ruiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Seyren Windsor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Carlos Ruiz!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruiz stuffs the takedown attempt from Windsor. Windsor gets slowly back to his feet.
Seyren Windsor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Windsor fails with the takedown.
Ruiz just misses with a punch to the body.
A punch combination from Ruiz misses.
Ruiz throws a jab but it's blocked by Windsor.
Windsor shoots in looking for a takedown. Ruiz tries to sprawl out of it but Windsor keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ruiz manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Seyren Windsor. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ruiz thuds a left hand into Windsor's body.
Windsor shoots in but no luck this time.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ruiz. Windsor does a little dance to reset his feet.

Ruiz scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Windsor doesn't seem bothered though.

Windsor bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Ruiz comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Windsor falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Windsor was out before he hit the floor!
