The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cozad avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Cozad shoots in but jacobs avoids the takedown attempt easily.

billy jacobs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
jacobs looks to land a left hand but Cozad moved out of range nicely.
