PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Justin Renton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodrigo Vitti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Renton comes to the cage accompanied by Pinball Wizard. Vitti has chosen Too Bad as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Renton feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Vitti's calf.
Renton gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Renton throws a nice inside leg kick.
Vitti fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Renton looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Vitti bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Renton tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Vitti wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Vitti drops his hands momentarily and Renton takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Renton lands a head kick. Vitti smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Renton moves in looking to clinch but Vitti pushes him off.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Vitti crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Renton - the referee stops the clock and Vitti gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Renton. Vitti manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
