Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave McCreadie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Wade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Dave McCreadie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Luke Wade!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Andrew Berry and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wade shoots in for a takedown but McCreadie shows good takedown defense.

McCreadie gets caught flat footed, as Wade shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Wade is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! McCreadie is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! McCreadie has escaped and now he's on top!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

McCreadie is looking to work some ground and pound but Wade has wrist control.

McCreadie thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

McCreadie has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
McCreadie thows a big elbow that misses.

McCreadie trying to control the position from guard on top but Wade is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Wade isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. McCreadie stacks Wade on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by McCreadie!

McCreadie is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Wade doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time McCreadie.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
McCreadie gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Wade counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Wade wants to advance to full mount but McCreadie doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Wade postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! McCreadie is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Wade, into his guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Wade is on top in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.



McCreadie shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
McCreadie throwing shots but Wade is blocking nicely.

Wade shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in McCreadie's guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Dave McCreadie will probably get the nod.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Luke Wade comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Wade has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
