Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake Murray!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Smith darts in and clinches Murray up against the cage.
Smith is looking to break free of the clinch but Murray has double underhooks.

Smith breaks from the clinch.
Murray closes the distance and clinches up with Smith, looking for a takedown. Murray pushes Smith against the cage but Smith circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Smith misses with a two punch combination.
Smith scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Murray closes the distance but Smith moves to the side
and Murray takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Smith has managed to clinch.

Smith's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Murray shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Smith manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Murray trying to control the position from guard on top but Smith is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Murray not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Murray is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Murray won't allow Smith to get back to his feet.

Smith looks to land a combination. Murray sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

and Smith counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Smith.
