The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
David takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Sodje throws a series of punches but David avoids them all with ease.
David feints and then cracks Sodje's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Sodje down.
A swing and a miss from Sodje.
Sodje misses with a wild combination.
Sodje lands a jab to the nose.
David is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

David moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
David will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sodje fails to land with a series of punches.
Sodje looks to land a left hand but David moved out of range nicely.
David bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
David lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Sodje lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as David backs up against the cage.
