Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Claude McCracken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazuo Kobayashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCracken comes to the cage accompanied by Danger is Go!. Kobayashi is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Godzilla Theme. Claude McCracken had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCracken tries for a takedown but Kobayashi sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Kobayashi throws a nice looking combination but McCracken bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Kobayashi checks a leg kick.
Nice defenses there by Kobayashi.
Kazuo Kobayashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab from Kobayashi finds it's way through McCracken's defenses.
Kobayashi throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
McCracken dodges the punch combination from Kobayashi.
McCracken shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kobayashi but Kobayashi pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Kobayashi fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
McCracken misses with a jab, cross combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McCracken moves out of range as Kobayashi strikes.
McCracken throws a body punch but Kobayashi moves out of range.

and Kobayashi counters with a left and a right that stings McCracken.

McCracken tries to clinch there but Kobayashi circles away.

McCracken lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

McCracken tries a low kick but Kobayashi avoids it.
Kobayashi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McCracken moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kobayashi looks to land a combination but McCracken avoids it well.

McCracken has his takedown stuffed
and Kobayashi counters with a one-two to the body.

and McCracken counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Kobayashi!
McCracken breaks from Kobayashi's wrist control and lands an elbow.

McCracken lands a heavy elbow.
McCracken pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Kobayashi is rocked!

McCracken is working for a guillotine from mount but Kobayashi frees his head quite easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

McCracken throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Kobayashi has his hands clasped together but McCracken breaks the hold and Kobayashi is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by McCracken!
