Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tomasz Misza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tadeusz Piorun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Tomasz Misza has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Tomasz Misza seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Misza throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Piorun was covering up waiting for the punch and Misza finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Misza throws a strike but Piorun rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Piorun working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Misza's head.
Piorun throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Misza works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Misza is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Misza works his foot free and advances to mount.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Piorun can do anything to dispel that myth.

Piorun wants to hold on but Misza pushes him away.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Misza cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

It looks like Tadeusz Piorun has been cut.
Misza controlling his opponent.
Piorun wants to get back to his feet.

Misza manages to capitalize on a mistake by Piorun to take his back!
Piorun covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.

Piorun is covering up but some of the strikes from Misza are getting through and doing damage.
Misza controlling the position well here. Piorun rolled but Misza kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Piorun is keeping busy.
Piorun wants to escape the position.

Misza has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Piorun.
Misza could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
A lull in the action here.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Tomasz Misza just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Misza connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Piorun some visible discomfort.

Misza has an Americana. Piorun didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Misza is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Misza hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
