The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schiknsi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bobby Lennox seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lennox moves in looking to clinch but Schiknsi pushes him off.
Schiknsi throws a right and a left that Lennox avoids nicely.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Schiknsi is trying to stick to Lennox's back but Lennox is turning into Schiknsi. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Schiknsi's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Lennox.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Lennox is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Schiknsi doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Lennox.
Schiknsi has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Lennox is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Schiknsi defends well.

Schiknsi is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Schiknsi drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lennox manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Schiknsi has Lennox in his guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Schiknsi lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Schiknsi goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Lennox turns into him and now he's in Schiknsi's guard.
