Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Ryder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jacob Ryder!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ryder circles away.

Ryder got a little sloppy there for a moment and Silva has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ryder has managed to get both his arms back between Silva's legs - danger averted.

Ryder closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Ryder feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well Ryder has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
