Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Camilo Bolinhas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mo Kendo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bolinhas might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Guns n' Roses - Mr. Brownstone. Camilo Bolinhas had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The key to victory for Camilo Bolinhas has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kendo keeps the fight on the outside.
Bolinhas wants to clinch up but Kendo keeps it at a distance.
Bolinhas tries to close the distance and clinch but Kendo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kendo.
Bolinhas steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kendo.

Kendo shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Kendo is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Bolinhas!
Kendo tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Kendo lands a heavy elbow.

Kendo can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bolinhas is looking to escape.

Kendo jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Bolinhas is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Bolinhas and Kendo has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Kendo tries to advance position but instead Bolinhas slips a leg back in to half guard.
Kendo is taking a breather. Bolinhas says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mo Kendo dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Kendo misses with a series of wild punches.
Bolinhas fails in his attempt to clinch.
Bolinhas keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Kendo fails with the takedown.
Bolinhas tries to clinch there but Kendo circles away.
Kendo thuds a left hand into Bolinhas's body.

Kendo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Kendo wants to control from the top but Bolinhas keeps moving.

Kendo might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bolinhas kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Kendo drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bolinhas manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Kendo has Bolinhas in his guard.

Bolinhas avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kendo tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Bolinhas would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Kendo has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Bolinhas doesn't defend quickly enough and Kendo has managed to lock this one up! Can Bolinhas escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Kendo on a fantastic submission victory.
