The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Del Rio shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Del Rio showed some decent athleticism there.

Vladinascov makes his way to full guard, as Del Rio worked for a kimura.

Del Rio drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Vladinascov dives on top into guard.

Del Rio isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Vladinascov stacks Del Rio on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Vladinascov!

Del Rio drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Vladinascov manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Del Rio has Vladinascov in his guard.

Del Rio has instead reached around Vladinascov's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Del Rio arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
