Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Tar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zequinha Pancado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Tar might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I Come From A Land Down Under. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jack Tar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Zequinha Pancado!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Luis Engracia and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tar shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Tar showed some decent athleticism there.
Tar not doing much here.
Tar is looking to take a break and control but Pancado is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Pancado looks like he's trying to stand up.
Tar trying to control from half guard but Pancado is working away.
Tar missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Tar moves nicely into side control.
Pancado gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Tar is landing with some decent strikes but Pancado is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Pancado working to try and regain half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tar trying to control but Pancado is having none of it.
Tar blocks Pancado's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Tar is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Pancado can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Pancado is looking to improve his position but Tar isn't that keen on the idea.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tar cracks Pancado with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Tar fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Tar pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Tar looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pancado can't escape the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tar has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Pancado's face.
Tar landing strikes from the mount and Pancado is in trouble!
Tar lands with some strikes.
Pancado reaches up to try and control the position but Tar seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Pancado rolls and tries to escape and now Tar has his back!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Tar working for a choke but Pancado is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tar is breathing heavily.
Tar looking for the rear naked choke. And he's got it! Pancado taps!
