Big drops Ustoev with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ustoev looks back up at him and smiles so Big waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Big ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Ustoev out cold! The fight is over!
