The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kingston.
Khalidov just misses with a punch to the body.
Khalidov thumps Kingston with a low kick.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Khalidov.
Nice takedown defense from Khalidov. No joy for Kingston on that attempt.
Kingston shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Fedor Khalidov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eddie Kingston.
Khalidov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kingston paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Khalidov connects with a looping right hand.

It looks like Eddie Kingston has been cut.
Khalidov jabs at Kingston's body.
Khalidov cracks the inside of Kingston's front leg.

Kingston has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Khalidov stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Kingston throws a leg kick
and Kingston takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kingston throws out a leg kick but Khalidov moves out of range and Kingston only half commits.
Khalidov throws a nice inside leg kick.
Khalidov bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kingston's head backwards.
Khalidov tests Kingston's chin there with a solid looking shot.

That has opened up Eddie Kingston's cut even more.
Khalidov scoring well with a low kick there.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Khalidov lands with a thumping leg kick.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kingston.
Good exchange - Khalidov coming out on top.

Khalidov fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kingston, pushing him back against the cage.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Khalidov.
Khalidov lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Kingston is rocked!
Khalidov unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Kingston! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Khalidov is unloading with more strikes now! Kingston drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
