The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

l shoots in and bounces Hammerdal off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
l throws and elbow that misses. Hammerdal uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in l's guard. Nice move by Hammerdal!

l wants to get back to his feet but Hammerdal is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

l throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hammerdal works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

l shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

l looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hammerdal with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Hammerdal is looking to control l's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hammerdal avoid being mounted?
