The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
guy stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and guy wants it to stay on the feet.
guy wants to clinch up but Panda keeps it at a distance.
Panda shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has guy pinned against the cage. guy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
guy gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Panda decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in guy's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
guy is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Panda won't allow guy to sweep him here.

guy can't keep his opponent in guard - Panda advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
guy is looking to control Panda 's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can guy avoid being mounted?
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

guy is trying to stand up here but Panda is controlling him well.

Panda wants to free his trapped foot but guy is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Panda is keen to just control but guy is a slippery customer.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
guy wants to control but Panda is keeping busy.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

guy throws a strike from the bottom but Panda uses the opportunity to take his back.
guy controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.

A bit of a pause in the action here. Panda controlling the positon.
guy rolls, trying to escape but Panda keeps control of the position.
Panda punches the canvas rather than the man.

Panda is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged guy with him. guy is trying to defend but Panda has an arm under the chin now! guy grimaces and is forced to tap out!
