Ko kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Monster. Rakharo Ko has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rakharo Ko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, JC Ramsay!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramsay fails in his attempt to clinch.
Ko leaves Ramsay with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ramsay shoots for a double leg takedown but Ko sprawls well. He's pushed Ramsay's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Ko closes the distance and clinches.
Ramsay takes an elbow to the forehead.
Ramsay is working for takedown but Ko is calmly controlling the position for now.
Rakharo Ko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of JC Ramsay.
Ko lands an elbow inside.


It looks like JC Ramsay has been cut.
Ramsay tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Ko just stands there and leans against the cage.
Ko blocks an uppercut.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Ko just misses with a elbow thrown towards Ramsay's brow.

Ko pushes off an throws an elbow but Ramsay leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Ko gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Ko lands an elbow that stopped Ramsay in his tracks for a moment.
Ramsay takes an elbow to the temple.


Ramsay is rocked!
Ramsay with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Ramsay is still on wobbly legs! Can Ko finish him?

Ko manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Ko throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Ramsay seems to have recovered his senses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ko gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Ko comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Ko lands a damaging elbow.
A frustrated look appears on Ramsay's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Ramsay takes an elbow to the temple.
Ramsay takes an elbow to the forehead.
Ramsay tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Ko just stands there and leans against the cage.
Ko lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Ramsay looks gassed!
clinched against the cage, Ko lands a big elbow that drops Ramsay! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - Ramsay is complaining that he's OK but he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rakharo Ko!
